With 420 high-density SMD 2835 LEDs, the sheet delivers consistent 365 nm UV-A output without the visible hotspots associated with conventional LED strips.

Its flexible PCB construction makes the sheet suitable for flat surfaces, curved structures and custom-built installations. The modular layout can be cut after every six LEDs, allowing the lighting surface to be adapted precisely to the required dimensions.

Applications

The flexible UV-A sheet is suitable for professional applications such as fluorescence inspection, security-print verification, decorative UV effects, resin and adhesive processes, technical inspection systems, display cabinets and custom ultraviolet luminaires.

Compatibility with UV-sensitive materials and the required exposure time must always be verified for each application.

Important information

365 nm is UV-A radiation and is largely outside the visible spectrum. The visible purple glow therefore does not provide an accurate indication of the actual UV output. Avoid direct exposure of the eyes and skin. Install suitable shielding and observe the applicable UV-safety procedures.
