Vitrine Lighting — Albert Schweitzer Hospital
Soort project
vitrines
Datum
April 2026
Locatie
Dordrecht, ASZ
At Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis, several display vitrines present objects and stories that contribute to the character of the building. These vitrines are small visual moments within the hospital environment — places where visitors, patients and staff can briefly pause and observe.
After receiving excellent care at the hospital, LEDw@re decided to support the hospital by sponsoring the lighting of several vitrines.
The first vitrine has now been upgraded with GU10 spotlights, providing clear and focused illumination of the objects inside the display. The lighting highlights the details of the objects while maintaining a calm and subtle presence within the surrounding space.
Vitrine lighting requires precision. Light must reveal the objects without creating glare or visual distraction. By carefully positioning the spotlights, the objects are presented with depth and clarity.
In the next phase of the project, additional vitrines will be equipped with the MD3 Mini Tracklight system. This compact rail system is specifically developed for display cases, museums and retail vitrines where precise accent lighting is required.
